What should I wear?

Think nice formal garden party. Dress to impress but keep it breezy and comfortable; the celebration will flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Are kids invited?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a fun evening out with us!
Can I bring a plus-one?

Yes, as long as you received an invite addressed to yourself individually (addressed to one person per home). Couples and listed family members listed on invites will not be able to add an additional guest to their RSVP.
What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to get seated and settled — we don’t want you to miss a thing!
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Yes! Everything will take place at The Joinery in Chicago, so once you’re there, you’re good for the night. However, we may plan to walk to a nearby bar after our night formally ends at the venue.
What’s for dinner?

A buffet-style dinner will be served with plenty of delicious options from the Tamale Spaceship. Please let us know if you have any dietary preferences or allergies when you RSVP!
Is there parking or transportation provided?

Parking directly in front of the venue is permit-only, but there’s non-permit street parking nearby. The CTA Blue Line is just 1.5 blocks away, and there are several city bus stops within walking distance. We encourage ride-shares or public transit if that’s easiest for you!
